After a much needed respite at home— relaxing, seeing old friends, celebrating the holidays and my 23rd birthday, watching movies with my mother, eating home-cooked (western-style) meals, and scrapbooking— I got back on board a flight headed towards Asia once again.

At the beginning of October China has their national holiday, and everyone gets a whole week off. After lots of visa troubles and indecisiveness, I finally came to the conclusion that the best way to spend my week would be to head back to Taiwan.
Goodbyes are never easy, and this was a tough one.
I’ve found my favorite place in Taiwan.
So after my weekend trip to Kenting I had an insanely crazy, busy, draining, stressful week. I won’t get into it, but let’s suffice it to say I was pretty worn out.
To be perfectly honest, the last two weeks have been a bit of a blur.
Nothing went according to plan this weekend, and I wouldn’t change a thing from the way things actually happened.
Had a great weekend with great people.
I have a test in the morning that I don’t want to study for, so I’m going to update.
We went to the American Institute in Taiwan- Kaohsiung.
